Mifad is proud to announce the setup of the first Pilot plant with capacity of a batch size (30 kg / trail).
The pilot plant is set to simulate production conditions relation to temperature (UHT, HTST, Pasteurization)., and homogenization, (single or double stage).
The line is set to produce milk, flavored milk, fermented milk, soft recombined cheese, processed cheese, ice cream, sherbet & water ice as well as Juices, nectar and drinks.
The line will serve Mifad as well as our clients and academics.
